A graduate of the international BOKU Master's program \"Natural Resources Management and Ecological Engineering,\" she received her doctorate from BOKU in 2022. In her dissertation project, Katrin Karner developed a spatially explicit integrative model network and applied it to the Seewinkel case study region.
