The 36th annual conference of the Austrian Society of Agricultural Economics<\/strong> on the topic of \u201cShaping transformation: Innovations in Agriculture and Rural Areas<\/strong><\/strong>\" will take place from 17th to 18th of September 2026<\/strong> at the BOKU University<\/strong> in Vienna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Call for Papers<\/a> invites researchers from the fields of agricultural economics, agricultural marketing, agricultural policy, rural social research, transformation research and other relevant disciplines to submit their current research work. The conference offers young colleagues in particular the opportunity to present their projects to an international audience of academics and practitioners. Individuals from administration, politics, education, consulting and research are also invited to offer freely designed workshops on the general topic or on unrelated topics, in which practical or scientifically relevant issues can be discussed in depth with an expert audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are all invited to submit a short paper of no more than two pages or a workshop outline of no more than one page in German or English by 4 May 2026 <\/strong>(format templates: see below). Please upload your short paper or workshop outline using this submission link<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
